"In the last week I have made two appointments. One last week that I made online, apparently that’s not good enough those are requests. Instead of telling me this with a phone call they emailed me which I missed. Resulting in driving from Miami to Jupiter to be told that it’s not a real appointment despite the fact that I got a reminder email. They made a new appointment for me. Also scolded me because apparently I hadn’t seen the doctor in years. Which also means they are documenting things incorrectly. Previously I had been given a diagnosis and told to come yearly because of my condition to ensure I got the medication needed. When I come to renew it the doctor isn’t in and the tests she told me I would need every time are not performed. So it was her fault I was not seen, this was pre COVID. The COVID hits and in the middle of the pandemic tells me I’m not renewing your prescription you haven’t made an appointment. I had to inform her I had went and saw someone else because she was unable to see me despite booking the appointment a year in advance. This office is ridiculously unorganized and unprofessional. Dr. Heroux made it a point to tell me she wanted to create a quality of life for me because I had none before. So I thank her for giving me my diagnosis but she has become neglectful since. If you want a doctor that constantly cancels and needs to reschedule go with her. If not find a doctor who actually remembers you and wants to help you rather than someone who isn’t just looking to add you as a number to her patient list."
