"Dr Melendy Is not only a wonderful doctor but she is a very special And kind person. You will be very lucky if you are able to have her as your doctor.!"
"Dr Melendy is the best doctor ever! She delivered 2 of my 3 children and I can't say enough good things about her!!!"
"Dr, Melendy is a good doctor following every protocal. However, our daughter was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer at age 25 under her care. She was adopted and we did not know any background health information except that her grandmother and her great grandmother had died at a young age of breast cancer. We had NO way of knowing about her biological mother. at the time. Our daughter had at least two incidents of precancerous cells after her pap test when she was about 19 or 20. Dr. Melendy encouraged genetic testing but it was not done. And the way we understand it, even if she had tested positive, she still would not have had a mammogram until she was 30 years old. All of this is so tragic. PLEASE have your precious children tested for genetic problems. And doctors, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE assume that children who are adopted are carrying the BRACA gene! if the history is evident!!!!!"
