"What a great little historical theater. It is a true diamond found here in Eustis. My husband and I go every year to take our granddaughter towards the end of her school year. She loves it. We have been to many expensive productions and the one here can surely compete with them."
"A lovely community theater that brings numerous shows every season. The young people’s program alone has 5 plays each year. Well done and keep up the great work."
"While enjoying the unique shops in Eustis FL we walked into the 101 years old, The State Theater of Eustis. Volunteers were busy building sets for an upcoming run of performances. Nina, one of the head people greated us. She stopped her work and offered to give the 3 of us a tour. Wow! What a neat original, theater, amazing history. Now a non-profit with many volunteers doing the preparations work. We live up north but will return to see one or more of their highly acclaimed shows. Thank you, Nina."
"It used to be my favorite theater, but now when you arrive to see the play you are made to stand in line outside in the hot sun while the check you in one person at a time. We have been a long time season tickets holders. This time we didn’t show up till 1:55 so we didn’t have to wait"
"What a gem the town of Eustace has in the historic State Theatre. Highly recommend that you support these aspiring professionals and volunteers. They are doing a wonderful job. We are definitely putting this on our to-do list whenever we are near the area. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy an evening play or a matinee on the weekends. Combine with a local restaurant and a stroll on the tree lined, lighted, historic downtown Mainstreet for a lovely date night."
