"Rude staff and the physician is shaming his clients: I had an appointment with my usual OB/GYN office at the First Physicians Group facility in Sarasota cause I felt a lump and I was scared. Because my request for an apointment was short on notice, I went to different physician (Dr. Finazzo) than usual. His nurse seemed annoyed just for being there (perhaps because they had to squeeze me into their busy schedule). After examination, Dr. Finazzo shamed me for "not knowing my body", because he couldn't find anything unusual (thankfully). I felt shamed and not taken seriously."
