"I want to switch doctors. I have been here a handful of times for them to know my name AT LEAST (or they could read the patients coming in and be like “oh patient ‘Sasha Williams’ is ‘20 weeks’ pregnant”) they got my date wrong, my name wrong, and flew right over all my issues i could barely get a word in before the doctor started explaining something else. I do not feel comfortable or safe with them handling the health of me or my unborn child."

"I called the office 2 weeks ago asking for an ultrasound after finding out I was pregnant. I was scheduled to come into the office today, 2 weeks later almost, and had to leave work 3 hrs early along with my boyfriend who did the same. The rooming nurse had no clue why I was even there and I mentioned being there for an ultrasound to which she said ok and left the room. When the doctor came in I mentioned the ultrasound and I was told that they don’t perform ultrasounds there. I then asked why I was even there, and why I wasn’t told that in the first place. I was told that I was there for education and an order for an ultrasound to take where ever…… Poorly handled and misleading, I do not recommend and wish I read reviews before wasting my time"

"I saw Dr Milo a few weeks ago for the first time. Before coming here, I went to a different gyno who made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I didn’t see a gyno for a few years after that. Dr Milo was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything she was doing before she was doing it. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She didn’t make me feel rushed. The office staff was also very nice and helpful! Overall, a great experience and would definitely refer others to them!"

"Do not call them if you have a question about your bill because the receptionist is very rude.and gets an attitude when you ask for an explanation. She then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME! It’s sad because Christina Milo the NP was so wonderful with my daughter."

The staff was kind, patient, reception got me in the same day as a new patient and were very understanding and informative. Christina Milo the APRN was awesome. Never once felt judged or shamed, loved everyone here!"
