"first pregnancy ever, I was nervous about everything. At 36 weeks Dr Petal told me I was dilating and a week later I went into labor thankfully the doctor on call was Dr Petal, he did an amazing job delivering my baby boy and made me and my spouse (who’s beyond over protective) feel at ease. Dr Petal is amazing & I want to keep going to him for my future pregnancies. so knowledgeable and makes sure you don’t leave your appointments with any doubts, he explains everything clearly and makes sure to give you the time to ask any questions or concerns."

"Updated review 2023: After coming here during my last pregnancy I eventually ended up coming back here during my current one however there has been a lot of changes first it's no longer Premier but part of TFHC now. They no longer deliver at the same hospital before which I find unfortunate St. Joseph's Women's Hospital was absolutely wonderful. My biggest issue with the change is they lost so many Obgyns after the new partnership they are overbooked with patients. My last appointment here was at 29 weeks do their their lack of availability and one cancelled appointment they weren't able to see me again until 35 weeks! I went back to my old location on Dale Mabry for remainder of my appointments so I was seen when I was supposed to be. Old review in 2020: I originally only came to this office because they were the only ones I found after 10 weeks already being pregnant that took my insurance. Personally, now, even if that wasn't the case and I could go anywhere I'd return to this office. The front desk staff I never had issues with and always answered any questions I've had. The nurse assistants I've never had any issues with. Majority of the doctors I've taken a liking to that being Pammit, Herreras and Patel. I don't dislike Davis but I feel he's very speedy and can be hard to talk to. Martinez I simply don't care for he was always very dismissive as my pregnancy started to take a concerning path with preterm labor, GDM and baby's growth. Since then I mostly saw Patel who delivered my son and needless to say we're very pleased with how he handled everything from end of my pregnancy to delivery."

"Pure JOKE. I made my appt online (there's no point) with Dr.Martinez. I was told he was one of the best OB's they have. I have been waiting on this appointment for several weeks. I come into the office 15 minutes before (as they ask), received numerous reminders to complete my check in before my appointment.. To then be told after sitting there for 15 minutes Dr.Martinez is not in and hasn't been in for 3 weeks due to him being sick. NO ONE called me to notify me about him not being there. The girl at the front desk supposedly rescheduled me for the Nebraska location for them to also call me and cancel on me because she double booked me with another appointment! Terrible terrible experience!"

"One of the worst OBGYN in town. Was forced to reschedule our appointment 3 times in over a month in a half. Two times because of system issues and the last one because they never gave us labs that were required to be done. Doctor refused to speak to use until forced too. He rolled his eyes and said that it was our fault he never replied to our messages or got the lab work done. You would think that something this important would be communicated to the patient. The lady behind the counter informed us that only two people work at the facility and that they can't be bothered to inform patients that blood work hasn't been completed before a visit. Showed him all our paperwork given to us but still refused to admit he was wrong or provide any help to get it rectified. I will never recommend anyone trusting their unborn child with such an incompetent place. The first red flag should be all the complaining patients when you walk in. It is shocking that someone could do this to an almost 8 month pregnant woman. I am writing this response on behalf of her and will be filing a complaint with the Florida health board. Please do your research before choosing this place!!!!!!"

"The worst medical experience I've ever encountered. The receptionist are so overly rude. I will never schedule an appointment here. I experienced a miscarriage and the lack of empathy that was given was mind blowing. The medical attention in Florida in general I've had a horrible experience with but this place takes the cake. The staff will start answering questions to avoid you before you even finish explain g the need for your appointment. From my experience they treat new patient horribly. They left such a bad experience with me that in currently looking for a new obgyn. I could never feel comfortable scheduling an appointment after the experience I've had with this office. Maybe the doctors are great but I'll never know because the staff ruined that experience. The comments about the staff being rude are 1000% true. Be aware!"
