"I waited 5 weeks for an appointment about a serious issue. I finally get the appointment for 2:45 I get called to the desk at 3:30 to be told I can not be seen because my paper referral will not suffice it has to be in the system. I call my primary care and they tell me they faxed my referral order to Dr champion the day they referred me which was 6 weeks prior to the appointment. Dr.champion office were supposed to send my primary care cpt codes to explain what they will be doing and never did, which is why my paper referral order was never solidified. The rep at the office implied it was my primary care who didn't do their part. They never answer the phone. They are alway busy. A waste of my time all around."

I got called back and the medical assistant made me feel like we were girlfriends and i thought i was just talking to an old friend.
