"I was Dr Solomon patient for my delivery. after being 1.5 month in wait to perform my check up arrived at facility and filled out the questionnaire and I was honest with having symptoms of cold and I told them I already tested for the Covid 19 during this week and it was negative and I also was in contact with my primary Dr and he said I can work and nothing to be worry about. But they don’t let me in and said you should reschedule. For this appointment i took one day off from work and ask another person to help me to have my son’s shot. They don’t respect my time and honestly and if things like this are very important for them they should have checked with me when they confirmed my appointment yesterday. “Do not fill the questionnaire if you think they will take your honest words over that paper”. Also I should mention that I am fully vaccinated."
