"I would give 10 stars if I could for the staff. They go above and beyond for their patients doing whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of. Including advocating for you in tense situations involving previous shady OB practices. I have never felt more cared for and heard by the staff and doctors here. So Happy to have found them when I did !"

"I have been bringing my family to LWR for many years. This day, I brought my mother to the ER around 5:30 a.m.. The 2 people who were at the check in were tired, I can relate. However, the Male (big, portly guy) seemed quite aggressive towards my mother and I. I asked him a question and he was short and abrupt with me. Later, he wheeled my mother to the room and didn't assist to help her on the gurney, nor did he offer to put the back of the bed up. We had to wait till the xray tech came in and he did a better job of assisting my mother. Before the xray came by, I overheard the portly guy mention to the RN that flexeril wouldn't work and to give Robaxin. From how he expressed his thoughts, it was as if he didn't want us here. That we were a bother to him. While my mother was getting her Xrays done, I asked the portly guy that he must really hate his job. He looked at me in disbelief and an angered look fell upon him, he was stating that I don't know what I'm talking about and that I should go out. I told him that if he doesn't like his job then he needed to quit. He doesn't have any compassion from what I've observed and he enjoys sitting around a lot. On a positive note, the nurses, lab tech, xray tech and especially Dr. Christensen were very professional and compassionate. I would still recommend LWR hospital even though we had a negative experience with one person. Still a 5 star."
