"Been going to this office for 10 plus years. The office staff is always professional and it’s true that Dr Gallagher has zero personality but he is extremely knowledgeable and when speaking it’s like he’s reading from a textbook but it’s all in his head. I wouldn’t say he’s rude but can see how others would perceive him that way. My negative experience is the painfully long wait times. My last visit took over 2 hours just for a yearly wellness exam. The last hour waiting buck naked with a tissue paper covering me which was extremely infuriating. While coming in for my visit today a woman had to leave because she was waiting so long she had to be somewhere. I’m writing this review now while waiting just to get into a room and it’s been over 30 minutes. I think due to the lack of respecting patients time I will be looking for another doctor."
