"Hello, please read my review carefully and do not go here at all. I have been with the women center at the ocoee location everything looked great. They asked me to start a payment plan for my pregnancy and made me sign a banch of paperwork. I told them that my insurance will chang starting January. They stated that is completely fine and at that point they will change my benefits and return whatever money should be returned according to our new policy. After a month they called me saying they closed the ocoee location and sent me to a different doctor in downtown. The new doctor saw me twice and told me she will call me for my 20 th week scan. I waited for that call that never came and I been calling them to schedule for over a month nobody is responding. I decided to go see what has been happening. The front desk extremely rude to me and I did record everything she told me that day. She said I don’t care. Call billing we need to reaprove you for appointment. U did not schedule an appointment it is your business. And she screamed and yelled at me as shown in the recording. Well she simply said you need to be reapproved and you would be dropped off by monday while I am a high risk momma at 23 weeks pregnant. I left devastated and crying my lungs to the lord. She said they will call me last Monday again nobody called. Yesterday I couldn’t feel baby moving entire day. And I simply didn’t know what to do other than going to the hospital which I m waiting for a huge bill right now. Why this happened to me? The woman’s center today on Friday still did not call me to just say if they approving me or not. And let me go to another obgyn. And continue checking on my baby. The anxiety and the pain I have lived this entire week because of one single lady who obviously doesn’t care about me or my baby is unbelievable. Please do not do the same mistake I did. I am still paying now choosing the women center Downtown. Until now they still charge us money every month without any appointments which is simply mind blowing."
