"She traumatized me so badly that I haven't been back for my annual gyno visit in over 3 years! As someone else mentioned, she was condescending and rude to me when I told her some of my issues and concerns. She was dismissive and even in my medical notes she wrote things in a very condescending tone. During the exam, I told her I had a recent hip injury with nerve damage and could not lay with my leg / hip at that angle for long and as I laid there, she gabbed at me before even performing the exam. I asked her to please hurry as I could feel the muscles in my hip and leg tightening up and my leg started trembling. I literally walked out of there with a limp b/c of the nerves in my leg. I will NEVER return to her practice and quite honestly, she has made an uncomfortable experience even more traumatizing for me."

"Still traumatized from visit a year ago. Diagnosed me before getting results back (which came back negative). Felt judged. When I came out of the room, she was talking to the nurses about me in a negative way."

"She has always been good to me. She performed a total hysterectomy on me(Dec, 2019), and it was so much easier then I thought. No complications, and healed quickly. The worst pain was in my shoulder from gases used during procedure which subsided by 4th post op day. Would highly recommend!"

"In all my years which is over 30 of getting pap smears I have never had so much pain during and bleeding afterwards. in fact I have never ever had bleeding after pap smear but Dr Fernandez dug in there good. Don't go to her. terrible!"

"I have seen Dr. Fernandez a handful of times now and she is hit or miss. I've had visits where I felt rushed and like I was an annoyance being there. But I've had really good visits too where she took plenty of time to thoroughly answer my questions. Overall, I will keep seeing her."
