"Literally the worst experience I’ve had yet. I selected this office due to great reviews. It’s been a month since my appointment and I STILL have not had them send the claim to my insurance. They messed up my referral and it’s a nightmare trying to get them to fix it to the point that I will have to reschedule my procedure over their paperwork mistake. Everything is “I’ll send a note to the office, they will call you.” I’ve given my number to them 3 times a week for a month and have yet to get a call. The doctor himself is nice enough but just go elsewhere if you have actual medical needs. This place is a joke."
