"Scheduling can be tough on the front end, however once you’re in you’re golden because you can schedule in person and it’s a breeze. (If you are only doing yearly checkups might have the same wait time because they don’t schedule a whole year in advance but that’s fine, it’s not the worst just sometimes there’s a bit of a wait). Wait times are medium long, but that’s because the providers are so tuned in during the appointments. They spend as much time as you need answering questions and listening to your concerns. Every doctor I’ve seen, and every nurse practitioner, has been patient and thorough about my health and pregnancy related issues. The app is finicky and you can’t actually schedule thru it (at least I can’t) but they’re good about updating test results and things of that nature, and good at responding to messages sent there as well. Overall I really love my doctor here and all the doctors are nice, professional, thorough, and good about taking time to answer questions. If you get in with them for pregnancy you will rotate doctors to ensure you’ve at least met the one who will be your delivery doctor, which is nice. And you can tell they’ve read your chart thoroughly- so you’ll know them and they’ll know YOU and your health, too. Which is huge. You’re not just shuffled around and lost in the mix. They take their patient care seriously here and it shows."

The Appointment processing was very clear and easy to understand. The front desk ladies were very polite and welcomed me to their clinic! so far as a new patient, I was very satisfied with the kindness and welcoming remarks!"

"This facility is in a nice area, and it's very clean and neat. The office staff is always professional and courteous. But the best part is my doctor, Dr. Kiera Irvin. She is polite, and she doesn't rush through her appointments, and she addressed all of my concerns."

"I had one of the worst experiences at this office. The front desk person should not be interfacing with patients. Unable to answer questions properly, talks to you like you’re beneath her and then doesn’t put you in the doctor’s queue so they leave before you’ve been seen and need to reschedule! Their billing department is awful - refusing to allow you to see doctors unless you have a zero balance even when you are disputing charges. Always discrepancies with the billing! Not worth the aggravation or poor treatment."

"Ignore these bad reviews you see. I really don’t know why some of these place have 2 or 3 stars. I have been going here for a handful of years for my annuals, birth control removal and now for my first pregnancy and they are great. I never had an issue with my appointments, I never had an issue with the front desk staff. The 2 providers I see (Megan and Laura) are amazing! Super sweet and very informative. The office is clean. When I came in for my appointments each time the waiting wasn’t even that long, especially if you follow directions and come 15 minutes prior to complete the paper work. I may have had my benefits mixed up ONCE but it was easily and quickly resolved with no issues. Easy to communicate by portal, I know people would rather call but sometimes the call waits are long, but emailing them is also fine."
