"Absolutely wonderful! Amazing staff- kind, professional, personable, efficient. The doctors and nurses are all amazing. We recently moved here and pregnant with our second child. They have done nothing but make us feel so comfortable and safe in their hands. The staff as a whole are so knowledgeable and really go the extra steps to not just treat you like another number. So far everytime our appt. is at X time we are seen at X time, gotta love that! Def an amazing office"

"I have been seen by 3/4 providers and can say that they are all very friendly. Of course, very knowledgeable in their respective field. I appreciate how comfortable I felt by all of the staff not just the providers. I look forward to continuing my care with them."

"5 stars to Dr Booker and Nurse Practitioner Kim Jenson. They were very informative and kind and listened to my questions. This is an awesome facility to go to for practitioners. However I am giving 1 stars due to the horrendous financial/ insurance team. I had a necessary procedure that needed to be done at a surgical center with Dr booker (who told me Brooke handles everything and not to worry about insurance problems.) and after not hearing wether the prior auth was approved for over a month I asked what was going on with my insurance. Dr bookers physician assistant Brooke told me that it’s not her job and was extremely arrogant and arugmentative that my outpatient surgical procedure was covered and not to worry about any payment after I voiced my concern that my insurance stated I needed a prior auth and had a 400$ copay. Sure enough I received a 1500$ copay request from the surgical center 2 days before the procedure was due to happen. Billing department does not answer the phone or return calls. I called 4 times for help with insurance and never received a call back. Great medical team for preventative care but go somewhere else if you require any procedures that aren’t in facility financial team is extremely unprofessional by not responding back from voicemails if they had stayed in touch with me I believe this all could have been prevented."

"Dr. Ashley Lopez and her staff were Great! It was my first visit and I was afraid looking for another OBGYN . I saw all the Great reviews and took my chances. I’m so glad I was able to find a GREAT OBGYN . I felt safe and comfortable. Ashley took her time to listen to my questions and concerns. She wasn’t in a rush and explained everything to me. "The front desk staff are very nice and helpful; the nurses are also friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions you may have. Dr Booker is very personable with open demeanor that puts you at ease. He will sit back and talk with you for however long you need and explain until he's sure you have an understanding. I find Dr Booker and his staff all very patient and Kind."
