"Had a bad mamo with under this office's care. The office didn't call me to tell me that, I had to get a form letter from the imaging center, which I thought was cold. I found out much later than I should have about my results. They don't call you back in a timely fashion. They treat you like a number and they will get to you when they get to you, which was how it was explained to me by their staff when I voiced my concerns. If you want to be treated like a number, then this is the office for you. if you want to be treated like a person with feelings, then beware and go somewhere else."

"Have left messages 3 days in a row, and so has the pharmacy, in an attempt to refill a prescription. The last 2 times when I could not get the office to call me back, I drove over in an effort to speak with someone. I wasn't the only one there with the same problem. This time I'm driving past the office on the way to a different physician."

The office staff is very kind and polite. They usually have relaxing music playing at the office. They always greet me with a smile when I come to my appointments.
