"Office manager is one of the rudest people to ever encounter. I called the office to let them know I was running behind office staff member said okay we will see you when you get here. Walk into the office and the office manager of the lady lake office gives off an attitude well they didn’t call the manager referring to herself. I decided to Reschedule appointment a couple weeks later. Fast forward to two weeks later, I’m 15 minutes early, new registration paperwork in hand. The front desk manager says I don’t have appointment; that the doctor is out of the office and that they called me with a raging attitude. They called me at 1540 the day before my appointment. I recommend hiring a new office manager, she lacks people skills and tactfulness."

"I was denied care because i could pay half my deductible up front at my first visit. They wanted 2000$ first visit and would not allow me to pay my co fee and pay the rest off as I progress in my pregnancy. I have a history of loss and with just moving here 2000$ upfront the first visit is ridiculous!! Then they proceeded to tell me it would be 400$ every visit for 5 months so they get paid in full before i give birth. If i had a miscarriage they would refund the money. Im just shocked they are refusing care to women who dont have 2000$ upfront to pay the dr. Do not come here unless you have a low deductible that you can pay in full before birth. Ive had 2 kids and have NEVER been denied care because i didn't have the 2000$ to pay a dr upfront. Utterly ridiculous. And they waited until I was completely signed up in order to try and get me to pay this. I also want to add i told the woman on the phone i have a history of miscarriages and if i could get in sooner than 8weeks for bloodwork. I just moved to fl mind you. And was told because im a new patient they "dont do that for new patients". The office manager did call asking what we could work out pay wise but at this point im quite uncomfortable even being seen here now regardless. How do you tell a woman with miscarriage history you cant help her until 8weeks because shes a new patient. The lack of care is uncomfortable to me. I appreciate the sweet office manager who did call me. Unfortunately the policies in place have made it uncomfortable & stressful for me to even consider care here."

"I love this office, and all of the doctors! Dr Lee delivered my son and and Dr Britt delivered my daughter, and all of the doctors gave me the best experience and care with both pregnancies! I moved to Bradenton and drive 2 hours for my exams, etc just because I love being with these doctors, and the care I get from the whole office staff. I couldn’t ask for better care and love from all of the office! I love being known for who I am, by my name and face, not just as “another patient!” All of the doctors and nurses truly give each patient undecided attention and time and don’t make you feel rushed, very important in a doctors office. Thank you for being great!"
