"Such a great gym! The black belts Jon and Lyanne are very welcoming and have such a positive and uplifting attitude towards training Jiu Jitsu. Everyone here is a lot of fun to roll with, no egos and no politics! There’s a huge mat space in the middle with a nice big seating area up front. Parking out back, restroom, changing room, bag storage, water - very accommodating space. This is a great place for anyone to learn and train Jiu Jitsu"

"Coming to a new gym can be intimidating and we thought we would never find another gym like the one we left in Maine. We could not of been more wrong, Jon and Lyanne welcomed us right in and made us feel at home. The kids classes are amazing and my boys never want to miss a class. My wife has a prior injury she’s rehabbing at the moment, and the care they show to make her feel safe and protected are above and beyond. The instruction is amazing and the environment of mutual respect and fun is reflected in all the students as well. We are lucky to call this our gym and be apart of the sanity community!"

"I went to Sanity tonight for the first time. I was welcomed right away and made to feel at ease. This is a comfortable and relaxed Jiu Jitsu environment. We learned from Jon...that's what he wanted to be called. Jon. Not "professor" or "master" and he didn't require a bow. He stuck out his hand an introduced himself as Jon. The mats are beautiful bright and clean white, and the lighting was great for learning. I felt very comfortable in my own Gi. It was I wish I had photos of how nice the place was. But Sanity has also lived up to its name by having a significant impact on my mental well being. Amazing stress reliever. The requirement to be focused and in the moment leaves no room for stress.
