"I have eaten at this location 50+ times over the years and really never had any issues. Food is good. I ordered on the app for pick up and went in. A middle aged, white lady with blonde hair just stared at me and said nothing as I waved and walked over to pick up my order. I was going to say hi but she just kept starring. I honestly didn’t know what to do. Kind of paused for a second. One of the weirdest experiences I have had with any food establishment. It’s like I did something wrong… I’m going to skip going to this location moving forward."

"This location represents the franchise correctly. The attitude of the staff was great. It was busy at the time I was in, but the staff got to me as quickly as possible. Not sure if it was the manager(needs to be) but the guy that works at nights brings this location up a notch. Thanks"

"Today's experience was much more positive than previous experiences I have had. Although it typically does take an excessive amount of time to get your food here, today was much better than the hour and a half wait I had last time when I saw 7 people walk out due to the wait. The employees were much more friendly and customer service oriented this time as well. I am glad to see that improvement. As a simple sub shop, the food is consistent, delicious and highly priced which is in line with the other locations."
