"My family loves it here! Instructing ages as early as 3 and up. I recently started joining my daughter's for class. Where else can you work out WITH your kids? It has been an incredible experience from the physical strengthening to the mental enrichment and like skills that will carry through every aspect of our lives. My daughters have learned incredibly useful self-discipline techniques to protect against strangers. The instructors are excellent. They are incredibly knowledgeable and love what they do. "Master Zamboni is an excellent teacher as are all the instructors here. I see how patient they are with the children and especially patient when working with developmentally delayed children. I look forward to class even when I’m tired and they always make it worth my time. I would like to see some classes added during the mornings and or afternoons for adults.
