"I love taking these classes! Affordable open to all levels. Rebecca is a great teacher and very in tune with the body. She knows how to direct you so you understand the movement and often gives alternatives for different levels or anything your body needs. If you’re new she always kindly checks if you have had any past injuries or pain that she can give you an alternative for so you are comfortable. Everything is about being comfortable and falling in love with your body and all that it can do for you here. I love the jazz styles class the best. Heels is very fun and sexy but it’s a more challenging class for me however Rebecca does great at helping me keep up. Not to mention, these classes include an awesome, fun workout! Last note, flexibility is not required or needed at all. I’ve done dance before but I’m very inflexible and it does not affect my time here. Check them out on insta as well!"
