"My children play basketball Aau league competitive. We love it when they are booked to come to this venue. It is spacious both for parking and inside. Always clean, the cleaning crew stays in the restroom to ensure cleanliness. They have great food selections inside for purchase, which is great as often time you are here for the day. It's nice to have 1 so shopping and not have to move your car to find outside food. Very smart on their behalf. Love this location"
"This is the most difficult place to come to. I have been involved in club volleyball for the past 8 years and every time I have to come to this place I CRINGE! The tournament director needs to reevaluate the layout and do what other tournaments do when it comes to pool play. The layout of two courts in the same pool IS NOT WORKING!!! I have always had a 1-2 hour delay. LETS DO BETTER AND USE OUR TIME WISLEY! facility is very nice, but the acoustics will give you the worst migraine you have ever had! The windows in the gym allow sunlight to blind the players while they are playing and provide a very difficult and unfair atmosphere. One would think the person in charge would have some common sense to put blinds or something to allow the athletes to play without being blinded…. But no.. Their facility rules and the items you can’t bring in are SO ridiculous. NO WATER BOTTLES, no snacks for athletes, and what not. They basically make it so you have to use their concessions if you want anything. It would be much better if they didn’t allow those things on the court, but they basically invade your privacy and search through your bag before they let you in I know the “owner” of the big house likes to comment and reply to reviews, but let’s look at how many bad reviews this place has!!"
"Men's restroom was constantly without soap this past weekend. Hallway was a chemical bomb of Fabuloso. Not an enjoying experience overall. I just read this response the owner gave "The cafe is a convenience for those who wish to dine there. Your participation in the event does not require you to eat here. We handle the crowd fine. Thank you" First, teams and parents are there for hours so no it not required, but not wanting to leave your child and or time limits the options to eat else where. Also, if multiple people say your crowd management isn't good. Maybe its not. However, this is speaking from a realistic viewpoint and judging by the amount of poor reviews recently that might mean something. Read "know before you go" isn't a coverall."
"Absolutely HORRIFIC experience getting into this place for a volleyball tournament. It was 40 degrees outside and they had zero organization getting people inside so there was huge crowd of parents and players waiting for almost an hour, no dividers in place to help the crowd make a line. It was a HUGE safety hazard and staff was rude on top of it, yelling at players and parents for being unorganized. Our team, along with almost all others were late getting inside and could not properly warm up. The owner of this facility needs to get a proper system in place for getting everyone inside the building safely before they get sued. And to add, the cafe is doesn’t have enough seating for the amount of people this facility holds. It’s really a shame that such a beautiful facility is as unorganized and unprepared for big events such as this one."
"I have attended many games here from 2020 up to now while we haven't had any problems until recently and while the place is nice and organized, unfortunately players are not allowed to have their own bottles court side which can be difficult when they're mid game and the coach is having to walk to get waters for the team. I don't know if this is a new policy or what but it's been difficult to manage. Another thing that happened the last time I was there, is we were not allowed access into the building until everyone in the parking lot had fixed their vehicles so we were unfortunately we where stuck in the heat for half an hour (not sure the exact time). People were becoming very angry and irrational very quickly but the employees handling the situation were professional and dealt with it in a reasonable manner. I look forward to future games at this location and I hope some of the issues happening recently will find solutions"
