"We have tried several martial arts schools for my 5/6 year old. In our past schools they would practice kicks , forms, and punches all class which is hard for little ones to be engaged and stay still. My son hated going. We tried RL and it's a world of difference. The class starts with fun competitive exercise to keep their bodies moving and it allows for young ones to wiggle while having fun. The class gives just enough formal learning for the kids to pay attention and not loose interest. They practice learning rules and respect. My son has been there for only two months but he has been developing confidence about what he is capable of. He was being pushed around in school by a kid and he is now confident enough to push him back! We recommend this school!"
