Well I got invited to Define Jax Beach with a friend, ended up in Doris' class on a Thursday morning, and loved the experience. The staff at Define made me feel welcome and Doris' is amazing spin instructor!! She helped me get fitted for the bike and lock in my shoes for class to start. Doris is incredible. "The teachers are top notch. The facility is clean and well designed. The bounce class is my favorite. It's high intensity interval training at its absolute finest. I go three to four times a week and wish I could go more often. I'm down 15+ lbs (some of that eating related) and I'm feeling great! This fitness studio is awesome - plain and simple.
