"It’s a very small and jam packed building and they have shirts, some shoes, swim trucks, hats, etc. The man and girl and the register where talking and hanging out and doing other things. It’s really to small. I wish they would move into a bigger building. If they did, they would have much more business."

"Horrible experience/customer service at Ono. Been visiting 30A for years and must say, it’s shocking such a great business would allow the gap in customer experience. Post-COVID era has been challenging for all; but would expect the staff at what looks to be an otherwise great brick and mortar location to behave so consistently bad when interacting with customers trying to relax on vacation and spend money to bolster the local economy. The brunette sales associate at minimum require significant additional training and a few tips on basic human interaction. Will not be shopping there again. PS gave the one star only due to optimism ownership will address the issue for future customers."

"Holy cow. The brunette woman behind the register!!?! SO SO RUDE! My two teenage girls were giggling, carefree vacation mode, looking at the jewelry in the front of the store. She says, “I really don’t appreciate all the laughing in my face”. Clearly needs to find another profession. Total nutcase."

"I went to this store and the staff was not helpful at all. The dark hair girl surely has communication issues and she should find another job she actually enjoys. After looking at the reviews in here, it seems like almost everyone has an issue with her for being rude. She must be a family member of the owner to still be working in this store after all these reviews. The reason I’m writing this is because I’m a business owner and I would want to know if an employee is bringing my business down."

"First Seaside experience ruined. I drove all the way out here to visit and noticed the store and decided to stop in. As me and my friends walked into the establishment, two of us were told by the register that the building was at capacity, so we stepped outside to wait for two folks to leave. We waited and shortly, two girls walked out so we tried to walk in- but was met with the incredibly rude cashier who told us they were still at capacity. Once again we politely waited outside, and our friends inside the store noticed that we could now come inside. We mentioned it to the register and she said that the boys were “snotty” so she decided to not let them in. We were nothing but respectful towards this woman and we refuse to support this behavior. Do NOT recommend, very unprofessional staff."
