"I have been a member of this gym for over 2 years now and I am in love with it. I had some health issues last year and the staff was there for me the entire way. They let me freeze my account so I didn't lose my membership when I couldn't go, encouraged me when I felt like giving up, the atmosphere is inviting and everyone knows you by name. From the girls at the desk, to the manager, to the trainers and the owner each one of them has always made me feel like I'm more than just a member. As long as I stay in Defuniak, I will always be a member of Main Street Fitness. Plus the classes are awesome. I love that they have brought back HIIT classes in the evening and now offering Zumba classes in the evening too! Just the best gym around!"

"Best gym I’ve ever been in. I am a personal trainer at this gym however that has nothing to do with my review. The equipment is outstanding. The plates and dumbbells are the best I’ve ever used. The staff does an outstanding job cleaning everything. They are very friendly and helpful. I spend a lot of time there between training clients and working out myself and it’s a very positive place to be. It completely captures the spirit of our small town and makes everyone feel welcome."

"I have been a member for alittle over 2yrs since before the building was ready..it’s been up and coming and they are always doing what they can to improve they listen to their members on equipment advice, classes, etc..I love how they are always willing to support different foundations through lifting competitions, fundraisers etc..I have seen this gym change dramatically in a positive since Shereen the head trainer came in she’s always so kind and sweet like the rest of the staff willing to help with movements or any kind of fitness advice. I have been to many gyms and Main Street is one of my top 2. Never had any issues and always pleased with the equipment and cleanliness and up keep with the facility."

"I joined Main Street Fitness Co. almost a year ago and immediately jumped into a class held by Shareen. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Even though I was in a class the staff would welcome me and encourage me as I completed my workout. This gym is so clean and everyone is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this gym to beginners because the staff and members will make you feel welcomed and help you on your fitness journey. My fitness couch shareen is absolutely amazing and pushes me to achieve my goals. She goes above and beyond for each of her clients and she loves each of us like family. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone who wants a family type atmosphere while working out. When I joined I began my fitness journey again, after having a baby. My fitness coach, Shareen immediately welcomed me with open arms. She believed in me and walked through my fitness journey with me. I have achieved goals that I didn’t think could ever happen. She has cultivated a family atmosphere with the class I attend. This gym is amazing!"
