"Awful awful awful. Spoke with Jason last year to get my dads home insurance, he quoted and responded that he was turning in the paperwork, HE NEVER DID and my dad paid over $2000 more than he should have. A retired man on set income and you screwed him. Don’t trust them at all. Go somewhere else"

Multiple voicemails and multiple emails simply went unanswered. A few months later I was hit with Lender Placed Insurance. No follow through."

"Terrible! Jason Johns is a terrible agent. I cannot speak for the other agents but for him, I would not recommend doing business with him. He is not responsive. I’ve been calling since June when my insurance lapsed because he did not send over my new mortgage company information. I’m also being billed for an alarm security that I already have which I’ve sent the certificate over since November 2020. Today, I learned from my insurance company that they never received it. I am currently in the process of finding another agent since I have to have a agent. Moving forward, I will never reach out to him to conduct any of my business.
