"Best job to ever work at!!! I've been here almost 4 years and I absolutely LOVE IT! Management is amazing and so is everyone else. The sales floor managers are amazing and are always willing to help wherever needed, and have made me feel welcomed since day 1! Great opportunities to make good money, and also daily Spiffs and Bonuses. The atmosphere is always positive and fun to work in and there are often company outings. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from below because at the end of the day every job has rules, guidelines and company polices that you must abide by, and if not unfortunately you will be terminated. Prium is one of the best companies to work for and it sucks for those that don't see that!"

"I’ve worked for Prium Life & Health since the beginning of 2015. It is the BEST decision I’ve ever made! Management is amazing , people will have their own opinions about how things go here but the bottom line is COME TO WORK! That’s the problem these days , people don’t like to work. They call in every chance they get, at some point it gets to the point where you have no other choice but to let people go. We strive for people who want to come to work and are RELIABLE! I understand things happen but if you can’t even do your job (what you were hired to do) and you can’t come to work then what else can the company do? Some people aren’t meant to work for our company and that is ok, because we have employees that have been with us more then 2-4 years even more and as long as they are happy that is all that matters to us! Our sales reps are important, our management is important, bottom line . All these reviews from previous employees , like I said everyone has their opinions but we did the right thing . We have no regrets , you win some you lose some . Prium is a great place to work, I love it and I don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon! People can complain about management all they want but we work hard and our people love us! We are a team, a great one at that!"
