"I called multiple times today, but the last person I spoke with was Talita. She went above and beyond to help me out! She listen to everything I have to say she asked the questions that needed to be asked to get the right outcome. She not only help me get my drivers license information, but she help me reinstate my insurance, and it was completely pleasant the entire time, and was honest, and just said she would do her best to help me! The call even got disconnected at one point, and she called back just to confirm I had received everything and just to give me my final sentences. I can only hope that I speak to her again the next time I call, she was amazing I highly recommend! Cherice"

"Talita Johnson took better care of me than anyone i have ever worked with. she genuinely understood my frustrations and solved my problem to the best of her abilities. she showed more effort during our 10 minute call, than i had gotten from 3 HOURS worth of "assistance" from other employees, and even a supervisor. whatever she is getting paid, needs to be doubled."
