"After many years of collecting my premiums and never having a claim with this company , they decided to send my bill via e mail from a sketchy e mail address which promptly and repeatedly went to spam . Consequently my bank notified me I had no insurance on my property and issued a "forced place " policy to protect their collateral . After contacting this company and explaining what happened they told me that it had been out of policy for to long and they could no longer insure the property . Causing me to franticly search for insurance without much success because the property isn't currently insured ! Do not trust this company with your insurance needs !"
