"As a first time mom I had a terrible experience bringing my baby here for a wellness visit. I had told the Nurse practitioner that I wanted to delay my baby’s vaccines because I didn’t feel comfortable going forward with them atm. Her whole attitude changed with me and my husband after that. She said she wasn’t even going to bother looking at my child and doing a physical because we weren’t being compliant. What kind of health care worker says that? Very unprofessional, if you truly cared about a child’s health their vax status shouldn’t matter. Parents should have the right to decide if they want to vax their child without being threatened to not be given healthcare if they decide to wait."

"My daughter has been going to this office since she was born. She is now 14. The unprofessionalism that I received on the phone today is out of this world. Very unhappy with this office. My daughters sport physical is due tomorrow and I have ALWAYS dropped it off and picked it up for $5. Today I was told they no longer do this and I have to make an appointment for my daughter to be seen in order to get it filled out. Even though she JUST had her yearly physical done. I have never heard of this. I will be taking her somewhere else."
