"Edit: I got another letter today demanding payment. You’re not getting a penny from me so do with that what you will. And I’m also not wasting my time calling you like your sorry response to this review asks in your pathetic customer relations response. You billed me for an appointment that ran long and it only ran long because you had a student doctor practice on me. I never should have been nice enough to agree to that. YOU should be paying ME. Way to take advantage of somebody having a fetal echo cardiogram out of concern for their unborn twins. Disgusting. BEWARE. I went here for a fetal echo ultrasound for my twins in the cardiology department. They had a training doctor come up from Miami to assist in doing the ultrasound. They asked if I minded them observing. I said that was okay. After almost an hour they asked if I minded if she practiced scanning. She said she was a doctor but had come up to have more cardiology experience and scanning twins. I said okay. Guess what? I am getting billed $279.14 for the extra my insurance wouldn’t cover because the appointment ran long. Even when the technician was scanning time was being wasted by him explaining to the person training what he was doing and how the process goes with twins. They had the NERVE to bill extra for that. I saw the nonsense they broke down and sent to my insurance company. They saw dollar signs didn’t they? Had I known I would be charged more for the doctor from Miami to train I would have said nope…go practice scanning twins on somebody else. Well they can go take a hike because I won’t pay it. My over 800 credit score can withstand their small hit if they send me to collections. Two and a half hours I was there and almost an hour of that was the training doctor just scanning around (UNATTENDED) while the ultrasound technician was out of the room supposedly consulting with the doctor (my actual appointment was with Dr. Lowisz and I saw her for about 3 minutes at the end). Thank goodness I canceled the follow up scan they had asked for because they said that everything appeared normal but they couldn’t get all the measurements they needed. That was clearly just an attempt to bill me (and my insurance) even more. I had already confirmed with my insurance company that they cover fetal echos before attending the first appointment. But they’re not going to cover just pure, bilking foolery. Lesson learned. Nobody practices on me going forward. This was truly outrageous. Should my children require speciality medical care in the future it sure won’t be here!"

"Difficult to get through to them, and when you politely express difficulty getting through they get snotty with you. First appt was great, second appt third degree of questions on the amount I feed my child and how her GI issues were due to me feeding her too much. Didn’t seem like they were a big fan of us fixing the issue with a tongue and lip tie either, but our priorities are the wellness of our child and not hurting feelings. Glad we no longer need services because we won’t be back ✌️"
"Wow, horrible customer service. The hospital receptionist put me on hold until it hung up, she didn't even try to help. I was promised records emailed to me today by someone in the records department, she didn't send anything. Are you all paying them enough to care? I bet not. I'm glad my child is no longer a patient there because after I get his records, I no longer have to deal with the horrible, sub-standard and "can't do" attitude that your employees have. Good riddance."
