"I have sent my children to this practice for the past 9 years and when I say I have never been more upset and felt disrespected in my life! I spent 2 weeks trying to reach out to someone in this office regarding an updated shot record and when I was finally able to reach someone, I was told that it would be emailed to me which it wasn't. I then called again on the next business day, because they close early on Friday and was told again that it would be sent...it never was. Never once was I rude or disrespectful to anyone that I spoke with, but there was definitely frustration in my voice. I called as soon as the office opened on Tuesday and was greeted with the nastiest attitude from the woman I had spoken to the day prior, WENDY RIVERA. Not only was she rude and nasty throughout the call for my simple request, she then hangs the phone up in my face. The unnecessary rudeness is completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Being 8 months pregnant and dealing with the stress of this pregnancy, having an interaction like this at the facility that I've chosen to look after my babies is definitely not something that I need. I have referred a number of my friends to this practice but after this I will make sure to let everyone know that this is not who want to ever entrust the welfare of your children's health in and trust, I will IMMEDIATELY be discontinuing my services with this practice for all of my children!"

"We’ve been with this practice for 12 years. I like that I can take the whole family to the same doctor. Got my daughter in same day today for possible strep throat. New flooring and paint at the new location is good. Front office/waiting room is small but they usually get you in a room quickly or you can wait in your car."
