"This is the worst visit I have had here with my nephew it’s usually a calm nice people and cool place, but it’s sweating hot and that is just not sanitary at all. And the medical assistant was very rude. Very disappointed!!!"

"The nurse practitioner we saw, Sarah, was wonderful. However, the front office is extremely disorganized. We waited for 45 minutes to be called back for our appointment only to be told we had to leave and come back at a different time with a different clinician because our check in didn’t submit in the system. No one told us. It also takes WEEKS to get them to fax something. Due to the front office staff we are looking for a different provider. I’ve given them so many chances and it is a disaster with them any time I need something."
