"2/4/2024 I waited in the drive thru line for 24 minutes. It is my opinion that at this point someone within the supervisory staff should have come out and addressed the people waiting that there was an issue going on at the window. When I finally got to the window I was informed that they were short staffed. Then obviously a decision should’ve been made to either close the drive through or shut down for the day."

"Frequent Starbucks customer. Just moved down to the Westport area from Sarasota, so this has been our main location. Have been very very pleased with the consistency of our drinks, employees are very nice, clean and nice place to work for a few hours too. Highly recommend."

"The incompetence is real here . If McDonald’s can get it right how can this enterprise not train to be efficient and have common sense , so after waiting 15 minutes in line I decided to put in my order on the mobile app I figured it will help them get it together due to the demand so I understand but what I don’t understand is how they sent me back around through the drive through another 15 minutes so I’m trying to save time by putting my order in my the mobile app and all I did was delay my self by doing this , I was not impressed with this , I can order 2 seconds after pulling into McDonald’s and they will get my order together not send me around The LONG line Again …. Ridiculous I’ll probably never order on the mobile app again thanks to this experience."
