"PLEASE PLEASE do not go to this practice. This is the most dishonest billing I have ever seen in all my life. They even sent me to collections for a bill that was still being resolved with insurance. When we made an initial consultation, we were told it would be with Dr. Trapane. Instead, we were scheduled with a Nurse Practioner and a Dietician (who was completely unnecessary). The meeting was in no way helpful as they talked most of the time and it was nothing we hadn’t heard before. The appointment lasted for 60 minutes. We have a time stamp on our phones of having taken pictures of our son before and after the appointment proving this. Instead, they billed us for over 2 and a half hours and billed us for every 15 minutes exceeding a “normal” consult time. They also billed us at a level 5, which according to our insurance company, is reserved for an emergency visit only. Our insurance had to get involved and they refused to comply and I learned this after I got a letter in the mail from a collections agency. I never received a single phone call letting me know they weren’t willing to comply or giving me the opportunity to go ahead and pay the bill. I am disgusted by the dishonesty and absolutely will never be back to this practice again. Please go elsewhere."
"The dr was great the receptionist was not friendly at all. She acted like she didn't want to be there nor had the customer service mindset of being there for the patients and families. Not to mention she sign the hipaa forms before giving them to me. (Huge red flag especially when working with PHI) also they never gave me any information on how to create my sons account with him."

"They made it easy to get an appointment and then did not keep us waiting when we showed up. That's always a bonus in any doctors office when you are a working couple. We felt the staff was professional and thorough. We only wish their patient information system was more electronically oriented, in this day and age aren't we all tired of conveying patient information via faxes and photocopies?"
"The staff is very friendly. It does seem hard to get people to return calls or messages. I usually go in person if I have to communicate with some one because the wait time can be more than a week for people to return a message."
