"Cannot say enough about how kind and child friendly this office is. They are new parent friendly as well. They have answered many phone calls even on the weekends a doctor has called me back. Their triage nurse Dianne is top notch, well articulated, and informative. The doctors are kind as well. My son us 2.5 and he isn't the best with doctors appointments but these people are so helpful and work with my husband and I to calm baby and always get his appointments done in a timely manner. Office is clean. The front desk area is clean and streamline. I will take my child to this practice as long as humanely possible. They know bedside manner and they know how to work with babies. Compassionate is an understatement."

"Brought my two boys in for there first visit. An the medical staff was very nice and attentive. My sons are toddlers and both on the spectrum. They did great job getting there vitals done thanks to the medical assistance and they did great getting there shots thanks to the nurse. My boys seen Dr. Mary Lott and she is the best. She took time to listen , ask me and my husband our concerns, educate us, very helpful caring a great doctor. We made a right decision choosing Jacksonville Pediatric."

"My 2nd oldest child has been going to this office since he was born he’ll be 9 in a week and the staff is amazing!!! Everyone here always has an infectious smile. You can feel the family relationship when walking into the place. They’re good about making an appointment getting you in as soon as possible, callback, etc. I recently had another child and she now attends here as well. Great, Great office!! I would definitely continue referring parents here when having a family. You won’t be disappointed!!"

"Great doctors office. Very clean and the staff here are extremely polite and playful with the children. Had some issues with billing due to my insurance having one of my son's name backwards, they were very understanding and we took the steps get everything fixed. I love the idea of the books in the rooms so that we can read to bypass time. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. I"
