Reviews of Lee Physician Group
"Spent days trying to get in touch with a nurse to schedule my appointment for a time sensitive vaccination. They scheduled it without even calling me for a time that I was unavailable (because I work). I spent 2 weeks trying to get in touch with them to reschedule. It is impossible to get in touch with the nurses. The front desk is very helpful and tries hard to make things right but the nurses don't have the same attitude. The two times that I have been to the office, it's the same experience. Sitting for nearly an hour after my appointment time for a 5-minute visit with the nurse. Awful, I will not be returning after I get this vaccination. IF.I ever get an appointment!!!!!"
"The reviews speak for themselves. This office is terribly ran. I had an appt in 09/22 where I had a culture taken. When I went to look in MyChart, the culture was never even sent to the lab! I never even received a call to follow up on it. When I went for another appt at the bass road office, I had another culture done since they couldn’t find the results of that last one. Apparently the culture I had last week wasn’t a sufficient culture sample and could not be ran, resulting in no results yet again. Highly do not recommend this place!"
"From an administrative standpoint, the office is poorly run. My first time scheduling an appointment with them, they changed the location without calling or confirming with me so I went to the wrong office and had to reschedule. It took almost two months to get me back in. A week before my rescheduled appointment, they called to tell me they needed to change the time of my appointment. Super inconvenient since I had already planned my school and work schedule around this appointment. When I finally had my appointment, Dr. Eric Feinberg was remarkably unprofessional. He asked about my concerns and I clearly expressed the issues I had been having. He pointed out that I had gained weight since my last appointment (well over 14 months prior, due to the scheduling / admin issue) and said that I “should stop eating Cheetos”. I was stunned. I am 5’8” and 169 pounds. I am realistic and recognize that I could lose some weight. That being said, there were better and much more appropriate ways to breach the topic. Entirely unbelievable to me to critique my weight without asking any questions about my physical activity level, diet, relationship with food, or mental health. As someone who has struggled with body image issues and food insecurity based on finances and other personal circumstances, this comment left me extremely rattled. Dr. Feinberg is certainly not someone I am comfortable seeing again and would not recommend to anyone else."
"Went here twice, thought the front desk associates were polite but had some issues with the ladies in the back. I feel like there’s no compassion for the patients. They do what they have to and that’s it. I told a midwife I felt flutters in my stomach, I was 15 weeks at the time(my second pregnancy). So it’s not like I don’t have any experience with pregnancy. The midwife basically laughed at me. She laughed and smiled real big, went on and on about how it’s not the baby, she said whatever I was feeling was not the baby, it’s gas and she’ll let me think what I want. Then went on to say she won’t take that thought away from me. After the fact that she laughed in my face. I felt embarrassed, I felt like she was being rude and had no compassion for me whatsoever. She could have said it in a politer and professional manner without laughing and smiling. My boyfriend was there with me, he even said she was being rude. I’m not one to be rude back or get mad. I was nice. Even if I shouldn’t have been. But that’s me being me. This is not the only time I didn’t like what she told me but one of the main reason why I left this provider. *FTI* Some moms can feel their babies move as early as 13-16 weeks from the start of their last period. These first fetal movements are called quickening and are often described as flutters. It may be difficult to determine whether this feeling is gas or your baby's movements, but soon you will begin to notice a pattern*"
"My annual visits have always been fine and I like Kim, however, all that changed when I became an OB patient. I made my 8 week appointment but started spotting at about 6 weeks. I called 4 times in a week just to get medical advice, and my call was only returned once. When I told them I thought I was having a miscarriage, they told me to go to the ER and they couldn't see me until 8 weeks (this was a Monday morning). I called another OB practice and as a new patient, they got me in within 3 days and were able to confirm my miscarriage 5 days before my scheduled appointment with LPG. At a time when I was scared for my child and health and needed medical advice, LPG was not helpful and added emotional stress to an already difficult situation ."
