"Dr. Jahaime or whatever his name is has to be the most rudest, arrogant, pompous doctor I have ever had the misfortune to meet. My 4 year old needed to see an endocrinologist and Jahaime acted like we were wasting his time."

"Before you go-this is NOT an actual Urgent care facility!!!! It is a compartment of the hospital. They will bill your insurance as an out patient hospital visit, NOT urgent care!!!! Got a $600 bill for a one hour visit for my child’s arm that we thought might be broken on a Sunday evening, which is why I took her here. I would normally pay a $40 copay for urgent care visit. Should have waited till Monday to see our pediatrician or actual urgent care. But when you’re a mom and worried and it’s Sunday night, you don’t care and don’t read reviews. You just go. But the big “urgent care” sign on their building is very misleading. The care was good and the nurse especially was wonderful-very compassionate. Why I gave two stars instead of one. But the billing greatly overshadows the care. Very disappointed."

"Biggest Billing Scam!! Do not go to this place. I brought my son here, since they are close to my house and open on Saturdays. The Building has Two Large Signs that read: "Children's Urgent Care" Long story short, I went there thinking this is a legitimate Urgent Care, and then a few weeks later they sent me a $1,000 Hospital Bill. They pretend to be an urgent care facility. But in the end, they will bill you like a hospital. What a SCAM. People, be smart. Only take your kids to a real urgent care place, or your own doctor. Avoid this place at all costs, so you're not ripped off as we were. Some of the other comments mention the same thing they did to me. Golisano SHAME ON YOU!"

"This place is terrible. It's like the DMV of childcare. "Welcoming" staff was rude. They are poor communicators which is an obvious sign of poor management. Waited for an hour to see a doctor. A guy who didn't introduce himself came along to the middle of the waiting room and openly discussed our chuld in the middle of the waiting room in front of about 50 people who were all looking our direction. By reading his badge I figured out that he wasn't a doctor and that we would have to wait 2 more hours to see a doctor which he discouraged us from doing (my child had breathing problems). If my child wasn't really sick we wouldn't have gone to the hospital. It's like Healthcare in a third world country maybe. I"m pretty sure they will bill us for a "doctor consultation". We left completely confused after establishing the fact that there was only one doctor on call, so in fact the reason we were being dismissed was because they were short staffed. Kids deserve better, not hours of waiting in a full waiting room while everyone is coughing in the midst of a Covid pandemic. Really ridiculous experience overall."

"I am impressed by their services. Their billing system is horrible, 0 clarity and imagine they are charging ~$700 for hospital service and $200 for doctor fees for simple one urgent care visit which is extremely unfair and insane. Last year December I visited twice and they have sent huge bill and I owe $700 and on top paid $35 (x2) as copay. I strongly suggest; please avoid this place else you will be victim of their fake URGENT care billing. I have called front desk and now redirected to manager but as per front desk this is how they billed. Let’s see what manager says."
