"We have been seeing Dr. Jackson-Curtis since my daughter was born almost 18 years ago. She came to the hospital to check her out. She is by far the mostly knowledgeable and respectful physician I have ever dealt with. Even if you do have to wait, which that has not been a problem in years, she is well worth it! Every illness and situation we have gone through over the years were always handled with confidence, knowledge, wisdom and respect for my position as the parent. I cannot say enough about how fantastic she is! Never have I had a problem with the staff. There have been different people over this many years, of course, and also some that have been there the whole time. They are responsive and professional."

"I am shocked at some of these negative reviews! Dr. Danuta Jackson-Curtis is hands down the best pediatrician in Pinellas County, and the ONLY pediatrician covered by my insurance that is extremely accommodating for natural/holistic methods and natural birth. She really takes her time with my children and goes over every inch of their body with a fine toothed comb… I’m so grateful they are in her care and I trust her expertise. I’ve also seen the nurse practitioner and she is excellent as well. I have a 12 year old, a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old and we have never waited more than 15 minutes in the 10+ times we have been there within the past two years. Maybe there was an issue with long waits in the past, but in my experience that is no longer a factor. Or perhaps some of the longer wait times are due to walkins. I’ve also seen complaints about the front desk staff— again, they have been caring, considerate and professional at every visit. I had an issue with a specialist referral not being received and they handled it promptly and followed up with me to make sure everything was all set. If you want a pediatrician that truly respects your values and your ability to know what is best for your family, then Dr. Danuta is the one."

"DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. Well unless you want to wait for 2 hours for a simple check up. They kept saying they were short staffed but we counted 25 people in the office. There was a doctor AND nurse practitioner and we still waited 2 freaking hours. Who has 2 hours to waste at a doctor's office?! I had to ask about being seen twice. Not to mention the entire staff is high schoolers"

"Some of the staff are great, informative and kind. We went here from birth until the 5 month appointment of our son. Unfortunately as a whole the practice is disorganized and does not share the same values from one staff member to the next. This resulted in delays, confusion, and conflicting information and health recommendations from one medical professional to the next in the same practice. They had asked for our insurance card at least 10 times, which should have given us a hint at things to come. Their billing department was just as disorganized. Sometimes we would get multiple bills, sometimes none. It took them multiple tries and phone calls from us explaining how and where to submit the claims before they submitted any claims to our insurance. We found a new pediatrician and it has been a night and day difference. I hope they are able to organize themselves and become a well-functioning practice."

"This place is a poor excuse for a pediatrics office. Patients wait well over an hour in the waiting room before put in an examination room, and typically wait another hour before seen by the doctor. The only good thing I can say about this place is the Nurse Practitioners are stellar. Cheryl and Caron are great. The lack of organization and chaos that goes on in the office is crazy. I would think twice before ever bringing my child to this office."
