"Absolutely awful! Shame on the previous physicians for selling out to this corporate company. As a healthcare provider myself, I would be ashamed to work for a place like this. Terrible front staff service when you can finally get a person on the phone. Constant turn over. Won’t release my kids records to me at all or to our new pediatrician in a timely fashion so I can have them seen elsewhere. There’s a reason you won’t find a good review on google or yelp for them! 12/27/2023 just an update…this place still sucks! Even after all the bad reviews on yelp and google they have done nothing to improve. Evidence by I keep getting a bill for a 1 time visit. I paid it and they have no record of payment. It legit was deducted from my checking account and the customer service rep was useless. How is this place still in business?!"

"STAY AWAY! Please do NOT be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews generated by their corporate office. As a medical provider myself, I CANNOT believe this office and corporation is allowed to operate like they are. Especially when you are treating CHILDREN! All calls are directed to a third party company that is not at the office and has no access to records or any of the people actually working there. Their solution to EVERYTHING is making you book (and pay) for another appointment via their KidzDocNow app telemedicine. It’s a complete scam. A doctor or nurse should be available to answer any follow up questions you have without paying for an additional appointment. Don’t even get me started on the turnover rate of the providers there. You’ll see a different doctor every time. No rapport. This place is simply the worst!"

"My son is 16 months and our first few visits with Dr.Bhumi were incredible. Since then its gone down hill every single time. None of those doctors are still there. None of the staff is the same. It’s all very corporate now where you can’t get a real person from the actual location on the phone. Wait time in office is also terrible. I sat for an hour past our appointment one day. I just received a bill in the mail for his last visit which is a standard checkup and shots they scheduled and it’s over $1000 even though I have IN NETWORK insurance. I would tell you why but I get nothing but a 30 minute hold when I call the billing line. Not to mention there is a $150 after hours fee on the bill I received even though I’m not sure why seeing as our appointment was within office hours 8-5. I will be taking my son elsewhere."

"Today I had a visit for my grandson and I can definitely say it was a great experience Dr. Rachel Singer heard all my concerns , she answer them to my satisfaction which is not the easiest thing to do being that I’m a mother of 4 . I can throw down concerns :) I was so happy with my visit that I am referring my granddaughter there too . It takes a lot! Of Trust, putting your love of your life’s in someone else’s hands for making decisions and taking advice they give . I had in my kids past not good experience with that . So I do have faith I’m in the right place . Especially after she call me after business hours to confirm some of the concerns I had today and put them to play. Thank you so much for showing me there is a place where all my grand-babies can go ."

"Love the staff (can’t remember the nurses names but she’s always very sweet to us) and Dr Singer is fantastic. She answers all our questions, shows us our baby’s growth, does a very thorough examination, paid attention to details we didn’t notice and things for us to work on (head turning, tummy time). Everyone is very friendly, quick to respond and send referrals when we call. One time we arrived late after calling them they still saw us. They also allow to us to feed our newborn with no rush after our visits in the room accommodating our long drive home. :)"
