"I took my son and the doctor ordered me to do some medical tests, she said that they were going to call me, they never called me, I called them and they told me that they would call me, the truth is, the doctor was very good but her staff was not, they do not understand the concern we feel for our children very bad experience"

"The doctor saw my daughter for about 5 minutes. The moment she saw her she said my daughter didn't look like she had autism or adhd without any tests performed. She referred me to a psychiatrist where my daughter after 4 years of not understanding her behavior and suffering was finally diagnosed with Autism and ADHD."
"So far I’m going to rate my experience as a 2 ONLY because the second answering service rep was somewhat able to help me. The first time I called to ask a question about my son’s upcoming appointment the answering service picked up and the lady was unhelpful and rude. I asked her a question about insurance, she said she didn’t know any of that information she was only the answering service. I said okay do you know… she interrupted me and said ma’am I am not in the office, I don’t have that information would you like to leave a message. Confused, I then asked her what does she do then, out of curiosity because from my experience even the call centers/ answering service have some basic training in general questions. She then said “Okay ma’am BYE BYE have a nice day” with a very rude, passive aggressive tone and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. I called back and got a different rep (at least I think it was a different person) who started out with the same attitude. I asked for this ones name. Kris wasn’t able to answer my question about the appointment either but she did tell me their answering service ONLY takes messages, and apparently doesn’t know anything else about the office. That was nice to know so next time I won’t bother asking them these things and getting some rude remark about them not working in office. Now I know. She took down my concerns and was definitely more helpful than the first person. She’s the ONLY reason I give a 2 star. Otherwise they would be getting a zero from me. Still, I hope the management reads this comment and addresses this attitude issue with their answering service. If they are the ones who answer the phones on a regular basis, I would rethink and readjust the attitude."
"My 3 year old had an EEG scheduled for today, which I had to take off work for. We arrived at the office just to be told that he needed Clonidine to sedate him for them to be able to do the procedure. The nurse then tells me that the prescription should have been given to me during my last appointment (it wasn’t) and it had to be administered 30 minutes prior to the procedure. So basically due to the incompetence of the office staff, I missed work and had my child sleep deprived for absolutely nothing. The only instructions I was given was given was to put my child to sleep two hours later than normal and to wake him up two hours earlier than normal. At no time was I ever told about a prescription until today. This is unacceptable!"
