"AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! We had an appointment on 11/30. I will start saying that the doctor is AMAZING! But the staff…. OMG! They either lack training or they just do not care! As soon as I walked in I informed front desk that we would be changing insurance. Same provider, but would be going PPO. I then ASKED IF THEY ACCEPTED THAT INSURANCE AND SHE SAID YES! Again: She said YES! So we go on, see the doctor, get what we need to get, and make appointments for the assessment and other tests. Lady who was supposed to give me the request for some exams had no idea what she was doing or of what she was supposed to give me. I had to tell her what the doctor had requested because she was about to send me home with nothing. Then we made the next appointments with them KNOWING we would be going PPO. Today was our assessment appointment. We walk in, I hand over the new insurance card and I am told THEY DO NOT ACCEPT IT and I was offered to pay out of pocket. Now, AGAIN: On the 30th I was informed that they did take the new insurance. I drove 45 minutes to get there, my son left school early, so he missed half of his day in class and missed in-school therapy for absolutely NOTHING! This is beyond disrespectful. I now have to go through a whole process again of finding new clinics, getting a new referral and all of that “fun stuff”. Good job on making my life ever harder!"

"I’m writing this with tears of JOY. I can’t express how thankful and grateful I am for this office and the people in it! I drove all the way from Port Saint Lucie (2hr drive) only to realize I didn’t have the paperwork with me. Without that, my son could not be seen. With the help of Connie and everyone at the front office, their patience and professionalism, I was able to reschedule for the same day! They went above and beyond to help me. Once seen, I was able to get the proper diagnosis for my son to get the services he needs. This has been a dark cloud over our lives for the past 3 years and today I felt we received closure.
