"My daughter has been a patient here for about six years. After Dr. Barton left, it's always terrible. The nurses and techs are always great. But the billing, scheduling, and front desk are all terrible. I've had too many scheduling issues and instances of misinformation, including saying I owe "from last time" when I don't. I literally cannot explain all the issues I've had, because it would take a novel. Today has been my last straw. As I write this, I've been on hold for more than thirty minutes. No one will answer the phone. My daughter is home sick and I was trying to make an appointment. It's just one more thing in a long line of strikes against this office. Time to find somewhere new!"

"We have been going to A+ for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, since the place changed ownership the service has been down the hill. Plus they removed the aquarium (which was beautiful). My complaint is unique to the front desk (who are sometimes nurses) and not to the doctors or RNs. During last year's visit, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as everybody can have a bad day. However, during our recent visit, the front desk behavior is the same. It seems like you are a bother to them. Upon arrival 15 minutes early to our appointment there was nobody in the front desk area. We sat and waited thinking they might be on their lunch break. A lady, who I believe is a nurse came to the front desk and asked if we had an appointment. Instead of calling us to the window, she kept yelling across the room my children's medical info. Another lady with scrubs sat at the front desk and they started talking about our visit, which I could hear in the waiting area. When the other lady asked where we were she said "They are sitting there" to which the other surprisingly (knowing I was listening to the whole conversation) said "Oh!". I shared my disappointment with the doctor, who is amazing and seemed not to be surprised by my words. Unfortunately, and after many years I am done with the place."
"I have going to that pediatric clinic for 2 years, with my 2 kids, this is the worst pediatric clinic, I recently went there with my son who has been sick for 1 weeks with flu, I went there cause he has not been felt better after a week of giving Tylenol and Motrin. Even though it was a scheduled appointment, they made me wait for 45 minutes in the exam room, when the APSN finally showed up , they told me they dont have even a nose swab to know if it is a flu or not, offered no solution at all , nurse kept telling me that she thinks it's might be a flu, or something else, the last thing any parent want to hear, can't even figure out what's the problem, that's ashamed, they should change their name to F-PEDIATRIC , not A+pediatric , I will call my son insurance to report them, and decline to pay those MFs., by the way it was Clermont location.and the staffs are horrible and rude, , they have never greating me. Never knowledged me and my kids."
"WORSE FRONT DESK!.. I don’t usually do this type of negative review, on the opposite side I love to let people know when good things happen but in this case I think I was not treated with the same level of empathy that I was given today my daughter had an appointment and I being sick with on fevers and not feeling well from one thing to another I forgot to call to let them know that in my house we are positive for flu and I will not be able to make the appointment, but to make a long story short the secretary called me who didn't even give me her name to remind me of the appointment and when I was telling her what happened with her only attitude (which she thought was professional) she told me rudely that it was my duty to call and let her know so they can provide that space to someone else, now very good for her she did her job of "business" as is the world of health since at I work and I know what is happening on this industry, but at the same time I understand 100% that another child needs it, of course in everything that I never tolerate is the lack of empathy, ethics and professionalism of a person we have enough with the bitterness and stress of life without at a time where one does not feel good drawing on one's little energy and still continuing to give a good attitude to the world to put up with such a rude person. unprofessional... once again I understand her point and I applaud you but there are thousands of ways to say things because maybe they are not interested in pursuing one more patient in my case it is 2 for 2 more will arrive but it is not the same to have the 4 I think... good luck to the doctors and office managers and I recommend that you send your front desk to take classes in ethics and costumer service or better yet emotional support if you are going through stress at the end everyone is struggling and not having a nice time."
