"My newborn nephew was seeing a pediatrician here. It was a horrible experience for my sister when the pediatrician displayed poor bedside manners and was dismissive of my sister's concerns. Despite my sister's insistence that her son had lip ties affecting his feeding, the doctor dismissed her, claiming that the child's weight gain indicated he was fine. A subsequent consultation with a lactation expert revealed that the child had four lip ties requiring surgical intervention and physical therapy for proper latching. Additionally, the doctor disregarded my sister's wishes to delay vaccinations, labeling her as "emotional" and stating a preference for dealing with fathers, as mothers are "always emotional." The experience was deemed highly unprofessional."

"The Dr.s are fantastic.the receptionists...there is one I always ask to speak with because she treats me so nicely and isn't as gate keeper. The gate keeper wouldn't set an appointment for my sick child. But I called my insurance company that called and spoke with the receptionist and then I called the office again got the other receptionist and was able to get an appointment for my sick child. Turns out that the receptionist wasn't completely wrong because we changed insurance and it wasn't updated in their system and the office has been ripped off before, but still...my child was sick and I would have done whatever was needed. In any case it all got settled within an hour and we were treated. Dr. Gil is phenomenal. She asks great questions and makes really good observations and breaks them down for me very nicely and respectfully. I love the way she treats my kids and understands they have limits and doesn't judge me for them. The last Dr. We saw was also amazing with my kiddos. And they really liked her immediately. The Dr.s have a fantastic energy about them and while it's not a 5 star building with fancy waiting rooms and there's a lot of patients the quality of care is outstanding and matters way more to me than physical things. They put control back in my hands as a parent, equip me, and answer my questions appreciating that I ask them. I love these people. Edit: kudos to the gate keeper. I don't hold that against her and I know I would be just as protective over the office because good things will happen for this place. The kids are on Medicaid and the Dr.s treat us like we are rich. They treat us like it doesn't matter to them how we pay as long as the kids are healthy. This place is a gem."

"The doctor is amazing but recently I have had issues with them approving the order from THEIR referral from an MRI for my daughter. After the MRI office cancelling the appointment twice, I called Happy Kidz with no help. The receptionist assured me that she has "been doing this for many years" with little assistance. Still my daughter is without her needed MRI. Will find a new doc."
