"I keep editing because I keep thinking of situations I left out. Corporate keeps using the same verbiage, but nothing changes. Read the reviews about the same thing over and over. I had an attorney ask me if I ever looked them up. Please do this. I did not. Pages of citations, lawsuits when the person won. The attorney was shocked they have not been shut down. Please please do not put your loved one here. I had to call the Adult Abuse hotline and Acta, Ombudsom on this facility. I would love for the owner to contact me. That will not happen. They retaliated against me because of those calls. I had to have supervised visitation; the police was called on me. Trespassing.. I was only allowed to see my husband three times. At goat lips with a group and a CNA present. my husband has severe dementia with hallucinations, insulin, dependent, and amputee. So I lost three months of him and visiting and loving him because they were mad at the person who reported them and those three months. His dementia is going downhill. I am so saddened by the facilities. They Don’t care about people, Especially, in this facility there are lotta good facilities out there, but not this one. If you want more details, I will be happy to tell you. Tammy, the Director should not be a Director at the facility. She’s in capable of handling her staff and having accountability with her staff or herself. There are always excuses why something happened they blame it on the person they blame It on the resident they blame it on anybody except them . The pictures I have were horrible they always had excuse there’s always a reason why something happened they blame it on the person they played on the resident they blame it on anybody suffering. The pictures I have were horrible. University Hills said they were staged. I did it on purpose. I did it without my husband's knowledge .please please I hope people read this. Also, I ASKED FOR THE CORPORATES NUMBERS SO MANY TIMES .NO ONE KNOWS IT. REALLY!! Now that my husband is not there they can't find 90 percent of his belongings. The grievance is on hold. WHY. I've been called a lair by a nurse. I had people also talk behind my back. But I could hear them. The driver of the residents having a beerOH MY GOSH THE DRIVER. I have verbiage with them saying they gave old meds, and people sleeping at the nurse's station. Yelling at the residents. No brown paper towels in the bathroom. My loved one used toilet paper, for three days.. No towels, they gave me sheets or use a blanket to dry him off after I had to give him a shower because there was so much dried feces on the his body. Their response we only have to check on them every two hours. We are under staff.. That is not a reason not to treat a human being with respect.If something happens within those two hours. Oh well, they only can do so much. They have so many residents to look after he is not their only patient.. But I was lying. Why would I lie??? But it keeps going on and on. Now I have it in writing. I hope they do not do something that would hurt my husband. They attacked my husband and me. My husband was the one to suffer. I will not post pictures because can't bring myself to show my adult children or even some family members. Thank Goodness for my faith and to the people I did tell and share photos with."

"I went to visit a uncle there and was appalled at the supposed care. I was talked about behind my back. I was approached 3 times by patients telling me to please get them out of there because I couldn't it gave me nightmares. A couple of nurses seemed like they knew what they were doing and the rest were on their phones. I wonder if that's all it takes to be in charge of your loved ones, a fake smile and a phone. I have to tell more people about this."

"Be careful and read the reviews prior to placing a loved one or going here yourself. We were completely fooled by the lady running this place. I will say during our visit the staff seemed friendly. Updates on medical condition was poor. Nearly all clothing items ended up dissappear. It's already difficult helping a loved one through a difficult time and to have to handle other situations due to a extremely poor management. The ow ers replys are most likely to make it appear they care. The Director ended up basically ignoring and avoiding us after making several request to speak with the owners. Most likely they only care about their profits and not the patients is how I feel. Lack of answers. Lack of help. Lack of management. Lack of communication. Lack of accountability. Would not recommend."
