"I should have known this was a horrible place when our first visit while sitting in the lobby there was another parent cursing out the receptionist. Who knew I too would end up storming out. The receptionist had no clue what she was talking about, mislead me several times, forgot to tell the doctor I was in the back room twice and then after an hour would come get us and say oh I think your good to go now only for the nurse to stop me in the hall and tell me to go back and wait for the doctor. She moved our room 3 times in one visit. I sat in that back room for 2 hours one of those visits. She also told me that I didn’t have medication waiting for the baby when I did. She sent us to the wrong place for bloodwork as well. But everyone was shocked and appalled when I had enough. It took two weeks. Two weeks of nothing but mishaps EVERY visit and it was because of the older Spanish Karen with the uniform Karen haircut and highlights and bad makeup in the front doing too much. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go there either."

"RED FLAG. Doctor vaccinated against parents wills. Should be 0 stars. This crummy doctor gave my child a vaccination that we had signed for him to not recieve and asked Dr. Guirguis specifically before administration of said vaccinations where he assured us that it was only the vaccinations we had approved. He failed to actually check the form for permissions and gave him what he wanted anyway. Horrible doctor."

"My child has been seeing Dr. G for 6 years . He has the best bed side manner as most medical professionals have lost that. He's a bit hard to understand due to a heavy accent but over all I'm happy with this doctor..."

"This place is amazing! Idc what anyone says, the staff at this doctors office is amazing. They always go above and beyond for my family. I drive from citrus county to keep my children at this office. Staff hold my children as if they are their own. Love this place! Best pediatrician and I trust this doctor with my children's lives, all 6 of them!"

"Dr. Guirguis is great. My daughter is a preemie and i feel he takes great precautions and listens to all of my concerns to better help my daughter. I also love the staff here! they are all very nice and super helpful, really sweet and easy to talk to. After a few visits i felt really comfortable with everyone."
