"We love Alliance Pediatrics and Dr Kathy. However, since it became Pediatric Associates I have been very displeased. My two biggest complaints are 1. that the office doesn't handle the phone calls anymore , which means someone who has never met my child or myself is scheduling apt. This is very disheartening because one of my boys has special needs and various health issues, I don't want to be brushed off because you don't know my kid and don't care. 2. we love Marcy who we can leave a message for with any questions and she will call back with medical advice or ask doctor questions we have , as well as schedule you if she thinks your child needs to be seen. With the changes in ownership this is no longer available. Again this is not to reflect on the staff of Alliance Pediatrics Dr Kathy was my pediatrician and has been amazing for my kids as well. Pediatric Associates and changes with them having ownership is for the birds. Some of the changes they made are a complete disservice to our kids!"

"All three of my children see Dr. Bacchus and we all love her!! My boys and I like her because she is friendly, listens to them and truly seems to care about their feellings & wellbeing. My youngest is a preemie and so I tend to over-worry about my daughter reaching milestones and I always have many questions and/or concerns. Dr. Bacchus takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, addresses each and every one and has put my mind at ease every time! She never cuts me off or makes me feel rushed in order for her to move onto the next patient. She is a truly kind and empathic person & Doctor. I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family who may be looking for a new Pediatrician!"

I am almost always able to get a same-day appointment for a sick kid, and they are very good about following up with requests and making sure you are taken care of and your kid is healthy."
