"Definitely don’t come here if you want to use your insurance. Super disorganized clinic on the way they run their operations. Which is surprising because they will try to sell you a $7,000 offer. I couldn’t even see the physical therapist through my insurance without dropping $500 first for their consultation fee. I’ve had 2 appointments in a row where I’m waiting outside of a locked door with 0 communication. 1st appointment I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time for someone to finally let the pt know I was outside. On the 2nd appointment I had to leave after 30 minutes because the office was empty. Almost impossible to get ahold of the receptionist. I guarantee if I purchased their 7k package, I would have received different treatment. The only reason this is not a 1 star is because the 1 PT session I was able to get was good. Good luck trying to schedule an appointment in the first place and then making sure there will be someone there."
