"Terrible experiences, this place has been the worst and has made me loose hope in getting any real help. I held off for years from seeing a Dr because of my social anxiety and distrust for Drs and this place proved my intial insticts 100% accurate. The psychiatrist I met with in my first appointment hardly asked me any questions and he was very quick to make a diagnosis and prescribe controlled substances without asking much. It was obvious he doesn't care about his patients, he never even made eye contact with me. I never got a call back to schedule my follow up appointment after being told i would. After I called to make an appointment which in truth was a few months later, they could not find my original paperwork anywhere and wanted me to fill out everything again. So what happened to the papers with my social, driver's license, address and all my other confidential information??? When I sat with someone she was an intern, nothing against her but she couldn't even find what current prescription I was taking and she asked even less than the original Dr.. Before leaving I was told they would call in my prescription for refill. The next day when I called the pharmacist it was no surprise that my prescription hadn't been called in. I called the Dr's office and was told someone would call me back. Its been 3 weeks since my appointment, I've called 4 or 5 times and keep being told someone will call me back. Needless to say I have yet to get my refill. I called again this week and explained my frustration to the woman who answered the phone and she told me she would put me on the schedule the same day for video call with the Dr so he can refill my script since my next appointment was coming up next week anyways. To no surprise I never got a call. If you are looking for help for anything don't come here, they did more harm than good. Added to my stress and anxiety and essentially wasted my time and money."

"Assurance of Hope Institute is a dynamic behavior/mental health service facility. They have treated my entire family, especially my children throughout this the COVID-19 Pandemic and ongoing. The environment is welcoming, clean, and warm. Staff is great. They have recently started a well needed boys' program. There is much improvement in my boys since it started. Kudos AHI. Continue the good work to families in the community."

"Staff is great but why overcharge families in your Sunrise location on field trips.Especially when your receiving medicaid benefits for some.I believe the parents need the real cost of the field trips and whatever else you have planned.Not every parent can afford to pay and it's just unfair those kids your getting paid for got to stay home cause the parents don't have the money but your still getting paid regardless of them being absent from medicaid.Im reporting to Medicaid or change your policy.This is complete crap.Dont send your kids here there vultures and never answer the phone."
